In the Alpbachtal, two family-run businesses, SilberQuelle in Brixlegg and Alpquell in Münster, produce exceptionally pure mineral water sourced from the Tyrolean mountains. The water, naturally enriched with essential minerals as it flows through the rock, is bottled with the utmost commitment to quality.

It melts creamily on the tongue. It has a spicy flavour. And when you taste it on a mountain pasture, the flavour is perfect. Alpbachtal cheese is unique. The basis for this is created by the many farmers in the region with their natural product - the finest raw milk.

In Alpbachtal, you'll find delightful sweet treats in the region's pastry shops. The traditional Hacker bakery in Rattenberg offers delicious baked goods. A special highlight is the Tiroler Prügeltorte, baked over an open fire and a must-have at celebrations like baptisms and weddings.

At the Alpengasthof Pinzgerhof, you can explore Kammerlander’s Edelbrände and their distillation process during an engaging schnapps tasting.
