Tyrol is not exactly known as a wheat-growing region. However, the Bathelt bakery in Münster has set itself the goal of baking its bread with its own Münster organic wheat. Only 200 m from the field, the finest organic bread is baked from the carefully grown grain of farmer Markus Mühlbacher. The organic "Münsterer Spitz" bread and other selected products such as the award-winning "Zelten" and the strudels and plaits made from Münster organic wheat are available as a "Limited Edition" in the shops in Münster and Schwaz and also in the local grocery store of SPAR Mair in Münster.
