The world of bees in in Breitenbach

Have you always wanted to taste honey directly from a honeycomb and experience up close the humming and buzzing coming from a beehive? Then a visit to Rosi Fellner’s apiary is a must! During the stay at her farm in Breitenbach am Inn, you will have the unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of honey production. A swarm of hard-working, humming helpers await you.

  • Meeting point: 10:00 a.m. in Oberberg 72, 6252 Breitenbach, 200m up the road (car park near Berglsteinersee)
  • Duration: approx. two hours
  • When:  2nd July - 19th September
  • Fee: € 5,00 with your Alpbachtal Card (children 6-14 years: € 3,00), € 10,00 without Card (children 6-14 years. € 5,00).
  • Please, if possible, come to the meeting point by car; the public transport connections are poor.
  • The path to the apiary (7-minute walk) is not suitable for pushchairs!
  • Please register: by 4:00 p.m. the day before during Alpbachtal tourist offices opening times, book online on SEPP - My Alpbachtal app or visit the Experiences Shop
