The Unterrainer family's Zimmerer farm is located in Brandenberg. The farm is surrounded by lush meadows that provide the best feed for rearing their animals and caring for their health and well-being. The slaughtering and butchering takes place in the nearby Obermoser slaughterhouse.
The cattle spend their summer from May to September at the Brandalm, which is located above the Kaiserklamm. There, the cows produce the best milk, which is then fed to the calves.
Best quality meat is available fresh from the farm - order online or by phone:
Alpine milk-suckled calf meat (age approx. 5 months) - raised on the Brandalm with the best Alpine milk - only available in summer.
Milk-suckled calf meat (age approx. 5 months) - raised in the calf pen at the Zimmererhof with fresh milk
Yearling (age approx. 12-15 months) - raised on the farm and one summer on the Alpine pasture
Heifer (age approx. 20-28 months) - raised on the farm and two summers on the mountain pastures
