Kundl
Kundl is home to well-known companies and the Kundl Gorge. The gorge is an easily accessible natural jewel with a wide path and a fun train ride experience.
Hobby geologists will find a veritable paradise of stones and conglomerates in the most magnificent colours. Take "your" finds to Tyrol's only stone turner's workshop, where individual works of art are created from natural stone.
Winter holiday in Kundl
Kundl is ideal as a weekend destination for skiers. In the surrounding ski areas of Alpbachtal, Wildschönau and Brixental you can practice skiing and touring to your heart's content.
Kundl provides for ice skating in all weathers! From mid-October to mid-March the ice arena is open to the public. A sports shop with service and skate rental, as well as a restaurant are in the ice arena building.
Summer in Kundl
The Gothic pilgrimage church "St. Leonhard" and the Kundl parish church are cultural sights worth a visit. Every year on the first Sunday in November, St. Leonhard is commemorated in Kundl with a special procession of horses.
A hike with children through the Kundl Gorge is one of the most popular outings in the Alpbachtal.
