Breitenbach am Inn:

Two St. James Way paths converge in "Glatzham" – one from Kufstein and one from Wörgl. From Glatzham walk along the main road in a westerly direction for approx. 500 m, then turn right and after approx. 100 m turn left and walk the gentle uphil route to the hamlet Berg. The sweeping views over the Inn Valley are breath-taking. Walk downhill (don’t miss the "Jakobswegkastl" at a bench next to an imposing oak tree – a small wayside fortification awaits you) towards the "Gatterer“ chapel. Continue along the gentle downhill path, cross the road and walk to the Kleinsöll church. Rejoin the main path and turn left at the large fountain (shortly before the church) - look out for the signposts – turn immediately right and walk along a meadow trail to the main road (the trail ends exactly opposite the Gasthof Krämerwirt).

Walk downhill along a pavement for approx. 100 m and then turn left onto to the "Mitterweg" (small side road). At the next crossroads turn left and follow the no.2 hiking route through the woods to the village centre. At the church, walk on the pavement in a northerly direction and turn left onto the Römerweg at the "Kämpfer“ chapel. Continue along the path to the main road along a gentle uphill and then turn left towards "Peisselberg". Follow the narrow tarmacked road to "Buchberg". A large panorama board shows the remaining route. Bear right along an uphill path passing a farm and walking through the woods up to a steep downhill trail that merges into a meadow track.

Kramsach:

Walk along the route to a crossroads and continue in a westerly direction to the Museum of Tyrolean Farmhouses. At the museum, turn left and follow the signs. At a farmhouse, the path continues down to the River Inn and towards Kramsach and the "Waidach" chapel.

Rattenberg:

Walk towards the Inn River, cross the bridge to Rattenberg. Rattenberg is Austria’s smallest town!

Walk through town and after the last houses bear left walking over an overpass, alongside the rail tracks and past the Spar supermarket.

Brixlegg:

After the rail underpass walk for approx. 300 m along the B171. Turn left and walk approx. 1 km through Brixlegg to the Matzentor (park main gate).

Walk through Matzen Park, passing the tennis courts to the parks playground and then downhill to Matzen Castle and Gut Matzen. Walk past to the north of the building through the park to Lipperheide Castle. Bear left after the castle and follow the road to St. Gertraudi and to the bridge crossing the Ziller River.
